Kindness In Donations and Services

Officially called Kindness in Donations and Services, K.I.D.S. is a unique initiative dedicated to helping children who live on the islands where Hilton Caribbean resorts are located. It has touched the lives of many children and families since its inception and has, to date, raised more than US $2.5 million. Hilton Caribbean team members play significant roles raising money and donating valuable time and effort to organize fund-raising events that benefit children and help keep them involved, too.

Guests of Hilton Caribbean resorts can choose to get involved by simply adding $1 a night to their account when they check out. This makes it easy to contribute and still make a huge difference. In fact, many stories on these islands have happier endings because of the simple $1 donations that really add up.

This year, many caring people participated in the program and funds were allocated to many worthwhile causes. Now each island has new stories to share. Like the two children - one with a brain tumor, the other in need of a marrow transplant - who were both operated on recently and are moving forward now.
